HLS Therapeutics Announces Graduation to the Toronto Stock Exchange

TORONTO, Feb. 6, 2019 /CNW/ - HLS Therapeutics Inc. ("HLS" or the "Company") (TSX-V: HLS), a specialty pharmaceutical company specializing in central nervous system and cardiovascular markets, is pleased to announce that it has received final approval for the listing of the Company's common shares (the "Common Shares") on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX").

"We are pleased to announce the completion of this milestone and look forward to becoming listed on Canada's largest, most distinguished exchange," said Greg Gubitz, CEO of HLS. "Listing on the TSX is expected to expand the universe of institutional investors available to HLS and our timing coincides well with our upcoming Health Canada filing for Vascepa, a Cardiovascular product for which we have in-licensed the Canadian rights and that we believe will be a significant catalyst for our business."

HLS's common shares will begin trading on the TSX effective as of the open of the market on February 7, 2019. Upon listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will continue to trade under the ticker "HLS". In conjunction with listing on the TSX, the Common Shares will be voluntarily delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange prior to the commencement of trading on February 7, 2019.
